This is a collection of my works at Bluejay Inc.

- Conducted user research and tests, made low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for the responsive website and mobile apps in both the iOS market and the Android market, which were successfully launched in 2019.
- Established UI design system and standardized global UI style guideline.
- Developed the company website by Bootstrap 4.0 including home page, price calculator, product details and logistic services pages, which has launched in WeChat mini program in 2019.
- Worked with the marketing team to generate promotion ideas and made 20+ advertising posters which led to a 40% increase in brand awareness on social network platforms.

Bluejay Inc is a start-up company in Silicon Valley providing logistics services at the most competitive price with a package-sharing business model.

Web Designs

As a product designer, I designed the company website to introduce the logistics business, product pricing page and package distribution introduction page. This is a responsive web design with 12 grid system. I also developed this website myself with Bootstrap. We have put this website on the WeChat mini program platform.

Mobile Designs

The PinconeGo app is our platform where customers apply for package distribution and delivery services. The app shows the detail information of each package (size, weight, tracking code, location and distribution status) it also charges service fee from the customers.

As Bluejay's employee No.4, I work as a 100% full stack designer, extra 10% Product Manager and extra 20% front-end developer on the website and the mobile app. I design it from scratch including market research, app map, feature sorting, persona building, lo-fi wireframe, hi-fi wireframe, and the final prototypes. I also design all the content in for the product like the landing page banners and services introduction images. I managed all the user testings and also worked with the marketing team in promotion campaigns.

We have launched it in both the iOS market and the Android market in 2019.
